Do you have any questions about your visit, your booking, or what to expect? Here you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often. Still something unclear? Don’t hesitate to get in touch!
How does booking and access to the garden work?
You can easily book online. Three-quarters of an hour before your visit, you’ll receive the gate access code by email. This way, you can enter calmly at your own time.
Can I come with others?
Of course! You’re welcome to bring someone along, as long as you make a single booking together and enter with the dogs at the same time.
Can I bring multiple dogs?
Absolutely. As long as the dogs get along well together, it’s no problem.
Can I bring a young or shy dog?
Absolutely. The garden is perfectly suited for dogs that are (still) not comfortable with stimuli or other dogs.
Is the garden fully fenced?
Yes, the fence is safe and sturdy. Your dog can roam freely without worry.
What if the weather is bad?
You book at your own risk, but you can always take shelter and warm up in the chalet.
Can I bring my own items, like toys or a picnic?
Absolutely! Anything that makes the visit more enjoyable for you and your dog is welcome. We do ask that you take everything with you afterwards.
Are there toilets or drinks available?
There is a chalet where you can sit comfortably and a picnic table outside, but there are no toilets or catering. Feel free to bring your own!
